Our Story & Company History
Our story began over fifteen years ago in the field. Our founding partners worked hands-on as commercial mechanical estimators, project managers, and licensed plumbing tradesmen. Week after week, we witnessed a repeating, painful cycle: mechanical contractors were losing bids because their in-house teams ran out of time to bid every invitation, or worse, they were winning bids with incomplete takeoffs that missed risers, buried grease interceptors, or expensive seismic restraints—eroding project profit margins down to zero.
