Scope and inputs to reconcile
Identify fixtures, faucet/valve trim, stops, traps and connection accessories. Reconcile owner-furnished products and package-supplied parts.
Workflow and checks
Compare fixture schedules with rough-in scope, then count remaining materials and installation tasks by fixture type. Identify access and protection constraints after finishes are installed.
What the output should show
A finish schedule shows fixture quantities, supplied-versus-installed responsibilities, accessory counts and testing assumptions.
Exclusions and unresolved decisions
Concealed piping, drywall, tile and redesign are not automatically finish-plumbing scope. Avoid counting valve bodies again with trim kits.
Documents to share for a quote
Send final fixture selections, rough-in completion scope and the trade responsibilities for finish work.
